Bangok-dong 'Innovation City' Area Gains Spotlight as a Leading Residential Hub, 'Wonju Lotte Castle Signature' Attracts Attention

In Gangwon Province, Wonju City continues to attract strong interest from housing demanders, maintaining a positive atmosphere. This is because it has the largest population in Gangwon Province, resulting in abundant housing demand, along with the added premium of being a non-regulated area.

The favorable market sentiment in Wonju's real estate sector is attributed to the accelerated expansion of infrastructure such as transportation networks. Moreover, the 84㎡ exclusive apartment type is supplied with 40% by point system and 60% by lottery, while types exceeding 84㎡ are supplied 100% by lottery, so even those with low subscription points have a chance to win.
