Welcron Donates 150 Million KRW Worth of Winter Microfiber Bedding to Energy-Vulnerable Groups

[Asia Economy Reporter Kwak Minjae] Welcron announced on the 18th that it donated winter microfiber bedding worth a total of 150 million KRW, including microfiber blankets, to the Seoul Social Welfare Council to help energy-vulnerable groups.

This donation was made in the spirit of participating in the 'Seoul Energy Welfare Citizen Fund' promoted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Seoul Social Welfare Council. The Seoul Energy Welfare Citizen Fund is an energy welfare campaign in which citizens and companies participate to support energy-vulnerable groups who have difficulty maintaining adequate heating and cooling by ▲improving housing energy efficiency ▲replacing old boilers ▲providing emergency support for heating and cooling supplies.

The donated items consisted of winter products from the allergy care bedding brand 'Sesa,' including 1,000 microfiber blankets that can be used warmly even in the middle of winter.

A Welcron official said, "We hope to help our neighbors spend the winter comfortably, even just a little, amid the recent difficult economic situation," and added, "We will be a company that stands with our neighbors especially in tough times."
