On the 11th (today), City Construction grandly opened the model house for ‘Buk Suwon City Pradium The Bliss,’ being built in the Imok District of Suwon, Gyeonggi Province.
A sales official stated, “This complex is being developed solely with City Construction’s own funds, ensuring stability, and it is attracting significant attention as the first residential product to be sold in the Imok District.” He added, “Moreover, Suwon, where the complex is planned, is scheduled to be removed from the speculative overheating district designation starting at midnight on the 14th, raising considerable expectations for eased regulations such as loans and resale restrictions.” He continued, “With various advantages, the model house has been crowded with many visitors since its opening day today, creating a bustling atmosphere.”
The high-end officetel Buk Suwon City Pradium The Bliss is planned to be constructed in Cheoncheon-dong, Jangan-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do (planned), consisting of 4 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 28 floors above ground. It will comprise a total of 480 residential officetel units, offering two types of 84㎡ exclusive area units, A and B, which are highly preferred by actual users.
As the brand identity of the existing City Pradium has been newly renewed, this complex is planned as a more differentiated and upscale residential product. The complex is mainly oriented southward, and all units feature a 4-BAY specialized floor plan design to maximize natural lighting and ventilation. Additionally, various community facilities such as a kids’ room, moms’ lounge, book caf?, fitness center, and golf practice range will be established to provide residents with a high-quality living experience.
The location also receives favorable reviews. The most notable aspect is the excellent educational environment. The Imok District in Suwon, where the complex is located, is an ‘education-specialized Edu Town’ with a total of 4,272 households, fully equipped with educational infrastructure. Facilities such as attached kindergartens, elementary schools, and public libraries are planned, and more than 30% of the commercial facilities in the Imok District central commercial area will be academies, allowing residents to enjoy abundant educational facilities right in front of the complex without needing to go to the nearby Jeongja-dong academy district. It is also praised for its excellent conditions for children’s education as no youth-harmful facilities can be established.
Various schools are also located near the complex. With Pajang Elementary, Dasol Elementary, Cheoncheon Elementary, Cheoncheon Middle, Cheoncheon High, Dongwoo Girls’ High, and Gyeonggi Science High School nearby, safe commuting for children is possible. A public library, accessible by crossing just one crosswalk, is planned right in front of the complex, and various neighborhood parks including a children’s park and a complex community center will be located close to the complex.
Convenient living facilities nearby are also diverse. Street-type commercial facilities will be established in the Imok District central commercial area, and Starfield Suwon will open near Hwaseo Station in 2024. Large marts such as Homeplus and Lotte Mart, as well as cultural facilities already in operation like Lotte Cinema and SK Atrium, are also available.
Outstanding accessibility completes the premium location. Through Pajang IC and Buk Suwon IC, residents can quickly access major road networks such as Yeongdong Expressway, Gyeongbu Expressway, and Gwacheon-Bongdam Urban Expressway. It takes 20 minutes by car to Sadang, and the nearest subway station, Sungkyunkwan University Station on Line 1, is a 10-minute walk away. Transportation networks will improve further. According to the 2030 Suwon Urban Basic Plan, the Indeokwon-Dongtan double-track railway will open near the complex in 2026. Once this line opens, convenience for traveling to major downtown areas in Seoul such as Sadang Station and Gangnam Station is expected to improve significantly.
A sales official expressed expectations, saying, “With the complex planned in Suwon, which has been removed from the speculative overheating district, the burden of regulations has greatly decreased, and with diverse educational, living, and transportation infrastructure around the complex, demand is expected to increase further.”
Various opening events are currently underway at the model house. For the first three days of opening, visitors receive cultural gift certificates (5,000 KRW) and ramen bundles, and various prize draws including golden keys and Dyson hairdryers are also being held. Events for applicants are also ongoing. Applicants receive Starbucks gift cards (20,000 KRW) and can enter a lottery event to win prizes such as LG Styler and Bespoke microwave ovens.
