On the 11th, Yangsan City conducted a 'Mutual Respect Day' campaign targeting employees commuting to the city hall and the Business Center to foster a workplace free of power abuse and to create a clean and honest Yangsan.

The city has designated the 11th of every month as Mutual Respect Day, meaning "mutual respect and consideration as equal individuals, not as superior and subordinate (1=1)," to eradicate power abuse within the organization.

The campaign aimed to raise awareness about the remaining power abuse behaviors within the organization, emphasize practicing integrity through mutual respect and consideration among members, and promote fair job performance and the creation of a desirable organizational culture.
