Taesung Focuses on Expansion with Increased Global Corporate Orders... Secures Growth Engine through Copper Foil Equipment

[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Taesung, a company specializing in PCB automation equipment, announced on the 10th that it recorded sales of 111.9 billion KRW and an operating profit of 1.2 billion KRW on a separate basis for the third quarter. Compared to the same period last year, sales increased by 59% and operating profit by 78%. Net profit for the period rose by 265% to 2 billion KRW.

The cumulative sales for the third quarter reached 47.4 billion KRW, surpassing last year's total sales performance. Increased investment in semiconductor-related PCB equipment led to higher sales and profits of FC-BGA and FC-CSP.

Taesung is a specialized manufacturer of PCB production equipment essential for electronic components such as semiconductors, displays, and mobile devices. It has led the localization of PCB processes and earned recognition for product quality even in countries with specialized precision equipment like Japan and Germany.

A Taesung representative said, "Sales are increasing as orders from domestic and international global companies grow," adding, "We are focusing on securing additional production facilities to meet the rapidly growing demand."

He continued, "Based on Taesung's independent technological capabilities, we plan to focus on developing new products related to processes such as secondary battery copper foil manufacturing to secure future new growth engines."
