- Gangwon-do Goseong-gun Sets Record for Most Subscription Applications, 2,632 Applicants for 712 Households (Excluding Special Supply)

Taeyoung Construction received a record-breaking 2,632 subscription applications for the first-priority subscription of ‘Ayajin La Mer Desiang,’ supplied in the Ayajin-ri area of Goseong-gun, Gangwon-do. Despite the recent challenging sales market, the project achieved consecutive hits following ‘The Park Vista Desiang’ in Gwangju, Gyeonggi-do, by leveraging its key features such as the largest-scale complex and community in the region and sea views.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board’s subscription homepage, the first-priority subscription for Ayajin La Mer Desiang held on the 8th recorded an average competition rate of 3.70 to 1, with 2,632 applicants for 712 households (excluding special supply). The highest competition rate was for the exclusive 161㎡P (penthouse) type, which recorded a 27 to 1 competition rate. Some types will proceed with second-priority subscriptions on the 9th.
A sales official stated, “Despite the polarized real estate market, the project’s unique advantage of being the largest in Goseong with sea views seems to have led to the record-breaking number of first-priority subscription applications in Goseong-gun history. It is also the complex with the largest community in Goseong, and excellent floor plans, which are rare in the region, have been applied, so good results are expected in the official contract phase.”
The announcement of winners will be on the 16th (Wednesday), and official contracts will be conducted over three days from the 28th (Monday) to the 30th (Wednesday).
Ayajin La Mer Desiang consists of 8 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 811 households and exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 215P㎡ (including penthouses).
The complex is mainly oriented south and southeast to maximize lighting and ventilation, as well as sea views. The floor plans mainly feature 3 to 4 Bay layouts, offering excellent openness, and provide storage spaces such as alpha rooms, dressing rooms, and pantries throughout the home. The kitchen applies an ‘L’-shaped design, offering a wider space and ample storage.
Rare and diverse community facilities in Goseong will also be provided. From spaces for hobbies such as a fitness center, GX room, golf practice range, and screen golf course to leisure facilities including a lounge caf?, multi-room, party room, multipurpose room, and coin laundry. Facilities for children such as a kids caf?, small library, and study rooms (male and female) will also be established.
