According to The Born Korea, this menu was planned in response to customers' continuous requests to expand the main menu using meat.


The pork steak is made by grilling high-quality pork full of meat juice, then topped with a rich demi-glace sauce flavored with onions and garlic to enhance the umami taste. The tender texture of the pork and the rich flavor of the sweet special sauce combine to make it enjoyable for people of all ages without preference.


It is served with salad and mashed potatoes as side dishes, offering a generous and diverse harmony of flavors. The sauce can be chosen between the original flavor and spicy flavor according to preference. It can be enjoyed even more deliciously when paired with Rolling Pasta's pasta, doria, pilaf menus, and more.


It is available at Rolling Pasta nationwide except for some stores.
