Pasu Presents Future Strategies at 'FDI Summit 2022'

[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Fasoo announced on the 5th that it held the 'FDI Summit 2022' on the 3rd and shared key IT issues and data security strategies.

About 60 stakeholders from various industries, including large financial institutions, major corporations, and public organizations, participated. Fasoo CEO Kyugon Cho and Executive Director Donghyun Ko served as speakers. They introduced IT trends leading the future and data security strategies for the multi-cloud era.

Fasoo shared insights recently acquired through exchanges with U.S. IT research institutions. The five core keywords expected to lead next year were selected as Cloud, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, Metaverse, and Workplace.

They presented concrete data security strategies to respond to the full-scale multi-cloud era. Fasoo pointed out that with the spread of multi-cloud, the security risks of cloud data have also increased. They emphasized that data security policies are more important than ever.

As detailed measures to safely manage data in multi-cloud environments, they listed ▲ Establishing a cloud security review process ▲ Maintaining encryption during cloud transmission ▲ Maintaining encryption when using files within the cloud ▲ Tracking data distribution flows ▲ Securing visibility to intuitively understand tracking status.

Fasoo also shared its data security platform for zero trust security and the direction of next-generation DRM. Fasoo’s data security platform integrates various data management solutions that interoperate amid an increasing number of solutions introduced according to the zero trust security strategy. It is a concept that manages data integrally with unique identification codes, consistent policies, and linked logs.

They partially revealed the development direction of the next-generation 'Fasoo Enterprise DRM' to be launched next year. Fasoo’s next-generation FED will be newly introduced with features such as backup and restoration of data and policies, detailed file history tracking, and enhanced cloud compatibility.

Kyugon Cho, CEO of Fasoo, said, "We will continue to support as a reliable partner so that customers can accurately grasp IT issues and future trends, respond agilely, and strengthen their competitiveness."
