The kimchi products featured in this promotional event are differentiated in taste and quality by using only fresh napa cabbage supplied directly from the production site. A representative example is the organic "Whiparam Gold" napa cabbage, an Orga Whole Seed (ORGA Whole Seed) variety carefully selected for its excellent nutrition and functionality as a native breed. This variety is known for its tightly packed leaves, savory taste, and thin leaves, making it optimal for kimjang.

They also prepared ultra-fresh salted napa cabbage from Haenam, known for its crisp texture and good taste, which is salted within 3 days after harvest to ensure freshness. Using 100% domestically produced sun-dried salt, the cabbage is salted in 13% brine for about 16 hours, followed by a two-step salting process where salt is directly sprinkled inside the cabbage, achieving optimal salinity. The entire process from production to distribution applies a full cold chain system, maintaining consistent freshness and flavor.

In this Orga Whole Food kimjang pre-order promotional event, customers can find a total of 22 products, including three types of salted napa cabbage directly shipped from production sites, four types of kimjang sets, seven types of kimchi made with Whiparam Gold napa cabbage, five types of packaged kimchi, and various kimjang ingredients.

Six types of "kimjang kimchi made with Whiparam Gold napa cabbage" are available, including the refreshing and clean-tasting "Central-style" and the rich and deep-flavored "Namdo-style" made with yellow corvina salted seafood, allowing customers to choose according to their taste and required quantity.
