According to Germany's S?ddeutsche Zeitung (SZ) and others on the 29th, with the end of DST in Europe, the clock will be set back one hour from 3 a.m. to 2 a.m. on the 30th.
Daylight saving time is a system that advances the standard time by one hour to prepare for the longer daylight hours in summer, and when DST ends before winter, the time is set back by one hour.
The European Union (EU) has been starting and ending DST on the last Sundays of March and October since 1996. The next DST start date is March 26 of next year.
