At 2 p.m. on the 21st, the KOSPI stood at 2212.64, down 0.25% (5.45 points) from the previous trading day. The KOSPI opened the day at 2210.59, down 0.34% (7.50 points) from the previous day, showed mixed movements, and then continued its decline in the afternoon. Looking at investor trends, individuals and institutions sold stocks worth 5.8 billion KRW and 14.2 billion KRW respectively, while foreigners alone bought stocks worth 8.9 billion KRW.
Among the top market capitalization stocks, Samsung Electronics (1.08%), LG Energy Solution (0.3%), SK Hynix (0.78%), Samsung Biologics (1.2%), and Samsung SDI (5.94%) showed gains. On the other hand, LG Chem (-0.53%), Hyundai Motor (-1.19%), Kia (-1.02%), and NAVER (-0.89%) declined.
At the same time, the KOSDAQ index stood at 676.07, down 0.64% (4.37 points) from the previous trading day. The index opened at 678.16, down 0.34% (2.28 points) from the previous day, showed some upward movement but is currently increasing its decline. Looking at investor trends, individuals alone bought stocks worth 122.7 billion KRW, while foreigners and institutions sold stocks worth 90.2 billion KRW and 31.7 billion KRW respectively.
Among the top market capitalization stocks, EcoPro BM (3.73%), Celltrion Healthcare (1.58%), Kakao Games (2.15%), Pearl Abyss (1%), Celltrion Pharm (0.95%), Cheonbo (0.05%), and L&F (1.05%) rose, while L&F (-1.07%), HLB (-2.88%), and EcoPro (-0.07%) declined.
