Eradicating Malicious Fraud, Crime Prevention Promotion for a Happy 100-Year Life

This activity was conducted as part of the Gwangyang Police Station Elderly Safety Dream Team's efforts to raise awareness that elder abuse is a serious crime, encourage active interest and reporting, prevent crimes, and protect abused elderly people left in blind spots.

Additionally, to promote the recent key goal of the National Police Agency to eradicate malicious fraud, methods to prevent crimes vulnerable to the elderly, such as voice phishing prevention and major rental fraud techniques, were publicized.

Meanwhile, the "Gwangyang Police Station Elderly Safety Dream Team" was launched to ensure and protect the safety of elderly people vulnerable to traffic accidents and various crimes amid the rapidly aging society trend. It also operates by signing business agreements to foster consensus and cooperation with local communities and organizations.
