Although it is an ‘ocean view complex,’ typically only the upper floors have ocean views. However, due to the elevated terrain, ‘Ulsan Lotte Castle Blue Marina’ offers beautiful views of the Ulsan East Sea from all units, from the lower to the upper floors.
