This amount corresponds to 47.98% of last year's consolidated sales. The contract period is from the day before until April 30, 2026. The contracting party is a company engaged in the development, manufacturing, and sales of pharmaceuticals, etc., and the contracting party's information was not disclosed due to a request for confidentiality in business operations.

▲ SK Innovation = Subsidiary SK On signed a Conditional Framework Agreement for acquiring shares of Australian listed company Lake Resources. Through participation in a third-party allotment capital increase, acquiring 10% of the total issued shares after the capital increase.
▲ C&G Hightech = Signed a semiconductor manufacturing equipment supply contract worth 6,241,100,000 KRW with Samsung Electronics.
▲ Nuvo = Facility expansion investment worth 4,610,000,000 KRW for the purpose of increasing production capacity (CAPA).
▲ TSI = Signed a secondary battery mixing system supply contract worth 28,162,400,000 KRW.
