[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] It has been reported that a building housing Samsung Electronics in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, was damaged due to a missile strike by Russia.

According to foreign media on the 10th, a new high-rise building next to Kyiv Central Station, where Samsung Electronics is located, suffered significant damage from the Russian missile strike on Ukraine that day.

Currently, all Korean employees of Samsung Electronics in Ukraine have evacuated, and there are no reported casualties among the local Ukrainian staff.

The missile launched by the Russian military did not directly hit the building; it exploded after landing some distance away, and the shockwave caused extensive damage to the building's windows.
