Hyundai Mobis "Acquires 30 Billion KRW in Shares of Integrated Parts Production Subsidiary"

[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] Hyundai Mobis announced on the 5th that it will acquire 6 million shares of its parts production specialized integrated affiliate for 30 billion KRW.

After acquiring the shares, Hyundai Mobis will hold 100% of the equity in the parts production specialized integrated affiliate.

Hyundai Mobis stated that the purpose of acquiring the shares is "to establish a parts production specialized integrated affiliate."
