The complex consists of 2 buildings from basement level 3 to 21 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 71㎡, totaling 240 units. Additionally, on the same day, 'Hillstate Prugio Suwon' (6 households) in Suwon-si, Gyeonggi, and on the 6th, 'Hwaseong Bibong A3' (659 households, excluding Happy Housing) in Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi, are scheduled for sale.
