According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, in the first week of October, a total of 5,650 households (including officetels, rental, public sale, and pre-subscription, excluding Happy Housing) will accept subscription applications across 15 locations nationwide.

In the provinces, only two large apartment complexes with over 1,000 households each account for 45% (2,552 households) of the total supply, drawing attention. On the 5th, DL Construction will accept first-priority subscription applications for 'ePyeonhansesang Sacheon Sky Marina' in Sacheon-si, Gyeongnam. The complex consists of 9 buildings from basement level 2 to 29 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 84 and 154㎡, totaling 1,047 households. The complex is located with a sea view, allowing for ocean views in some units. On the same day, in Eumseong-gun, Chungbuk, first-priority subscription applications will be accepted for 'Eumseong Xi Central City' (1,505 households).

In the metropolitan area, on the 4th, subscription applications will be accepted for the residential officetel 'ePyeonhansesang City Cheongna' located in Cheongna-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon. The complex consists of 2 buildings from basement level 3 to 21 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 71㎡, totaling 240 units. Additionally, on the same day, 'Hillstate Prugio Suwon' (6 households) in Suwon-si, Gyeonggi, and on the 6th, 'Hwaseong Bibong A3' (659 households, excluding Happy Housing) in Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi, are scheduled for sale.
