Lotte Construction "Providing a 4,000-pyeong Hotel-Style Community in Hannam 2 District"

Lotte Construction, which has challenged the redevelopment project of Hannam 2 District in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, has introduced a 'luxury hotel-style community service' to win the hearts of the union members.

On the 28th, Lotte Construction announced, "We proposed a luxury hotel-style design so that the Hannam 2 District union members can enjoy the dignity and privileges of the top tier, and through this, we plan to create a residential space that is more comfortable and safer than a hotel."

Lotte Construction plans to provide a hotel-style community of about 4,000 pyeong, which is 2.6 times the community area per unit of Nine One Hannam and 2.5 times the community area per unit of Hannam 3 District. They planned to enable safe living by applying security systems such as unit motion detectors for privacy protection, unit emergency calls, and emergency dispatch services.

In addition, to provide services like a hotel in the underground parking space, a high-end drop-off zone will be installed, and in some blocks (3BL), a private elevator hall will be installed so that each unit can use the elevator, applying hotel-style security systems.

They signed a business agreement (MOU) with Soonchunhyang University Seoul Hospital, the most frequently used university hospital in Hannam 2 District, and plan to operate the Soonchunhyang University Seoul Hospital Health Promotion Center within the community to support prompt medical services.

They will also create a front door butler zone. This space can be used for laundry pickup or breakfast requests, and hotel-style convenience services such as housekeeping and valet parking will also be provided.

A Lotte Construction official said, "We put a lot of effort into 'BETTER THAN HOTEL' so that Hannam 2 District union members can enjoy hotel-style residential life in a space more comfortable than a hotel," adding, "We hope that Hannam 2 District union members can enjoy the highest quality services and conveniences."

Meanwhile, on the 23rd, Lotte Construction proposed the complex name 'Le-EL Palatino' for Hannam 2 District and is currently bidding. Le-EL represents Lotte Construction's premium residential brand. Palatino is derived from Palatino Hill, the stage and origin of the Roman founding myth.
