Samhwa Paint Conducts Mental Coaching Program for 'Our Precious Employees'

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] Samhwa Paint Industrial Co., Ltd. announced on the 26th that it conducted a psychological education program for mental health called the 'Precious Our Employees Mental Coaching Program' for new sales staff.

Led by Lee Young-sil, CEO of Mental Coaching Company, famous for sports mental coaching, the 'Samhwa Paint BM Mental Coaching Program' was designed to help new sales employees overcome psychological difficulties caused by emotional labor and maintain a work-life balance. The program consisted of ▲ recognizing an ideal psychological state (equanimity) ▲ mental management skills for maintaining healthy psychology ▲ conflict management to achieve performance and motivate.

A Samhwa Paint official said, "The mental coaching program was a valuable time to soothe the tired minds of new sales employees," adding, "We will continue to prepare various employee events to foster a happy corporate culture."

Meanwhile, since last year, marking its 75th anniversary, Samhwa Paint has been operating various employee training programs to create a safe and secure corporate culture under the slogan 'Samhwa means peace of mind.'
