Yurim E&C Co., Ltd. plans to hold official contracts for the residential-commercial complex "Geoje Yurim Norway Forest The Ocean," a building with up to 47 floors above ground located in Jangseungpo-dong, Geoje City, from September 26 (Mon) to September 28 (Wed) over three days.
The complex consists of two apartment buildings ranging from 84 to 161㎡ with 299 units from basement level 2 to a maximum of 47 floors above ground, 44 officetel units sized 35 to 84㎡, and neighborhood living facilities. Penthouse units are planned on the top floors. Additionally, some officetel units feature terrace-specialized designs and 2-3 room layouts, allowing residents to enjoy a comfortable lifestyle suitable for both living and leisure.
Recently, ultra-high-rise complexes have been reshaping the local skyline and becoming symbolic landmarks of their regions. This has increased investors' interest in ultra-high-rise apartments that offer excellent views and sunlight exposure.
Accordingly, Geoje Yurim Norway Forest The Ocean boasts expansive views befitting its status as an ultra-high-rise complex with up to 47 floors. It secures a panoramic view overlooking Jangseungpo Port, and some units offer sea views, positioning it to become a landmark within the area.
The complex will also introduce various community facilities to enhance resident satisfaction, which have not been seen in the area before. Amenities such as a golf practice range, brunch caf?, guesthouse, fitness center, sauna, and reading room will be provided, enabling a comfortable and sophisticated living environment.
The location is excellent. The complex is well connected to city traffic networks including Geoje-daero, Neungpo-ro, and Jangseung-ro. Through Songjeong IC, the wide-area transportation network extends to Geoga Bridge, Busan, Changwon, and Gimhae. Notably, a new Geoje Station on the Southern Inland Railway (Western Gyeongnam KTX) is planned to be established in Geoje City. The Southern Inland Railway is a project funded with 4.8015 trillion KRW of national funds to build a 177.9 km single-track railway connecting Gimcheon and Geoje. Once opened, travel time from Seoul to Geoje will be reduced to approximately 2 hours and 50 minutes.
The complex also includes neighborhood living facilities, enabling a one-stop lifestyle. Within a 1.5 km radius are various convenience facilities such as the Jangseungpo-dong Community Center, Geoje Culture & Arts Center, Daewoo Hospital, Geoje Fire Station, Jisimdo Terminal, Jangseungpo Intercity Bus Terminal, and Geoje Passenger Terminal. Additionally, Jangseungpo Waterfront Park and Hyopseongbong are nearby, allowing residents to enjoy a pleasant natural environment.
Furthermore, Geoje City is a non-regulated area where, after six months of subscription to a housing subscription savings account and depositing a certain amount, household members other than the head of household can apply for housing regardless of the number of houses owned. There are no restrictions on re-winning, loan regulations are relaxed, and immediate resale is possible upon full payment of the contract deposit.
Currently, the model house for Geoje Yurim Norway Forest The Ocean is open for viewing on a first-come, first-served basis without prior reservation. To celebrate the opening, golden keys and various prize events will be held at the model house on September 24 (Sat) and 25 (Sun) for two days.
