‘Yang Galbi Matjip’ Glad Hotel Launches ‘Lamb Home Makkase’ to Enjoy at Home 'Ram Hommase' presented by Glad.

[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] Glad Hotel is launching ‘Lamb Home Maccasse,’ which allows customers to enjoy the lamb ribs from its Yeouido restaurant ‘Gritz’ at home, through a crowdfunding platform.


According to Glad Hotel on the 23rd, the fourth round of funding on Wadiz features not only the signature lamb series’ representative dishes but also special cuts arranged in a ‘Home Maccasse’ (omakase to enjoy at home) format. The set includes 300g each of lamb ribs, known for their rich flavor and as a representative steak cut; premium French rack ribs; tender and savory lamb flower ribs; and T-bone cuts consisting of tender tenderloin and sirloin centered around a T-shaped bone, totaling 1.2kg.


The seasoning uses a blend of various herbs, offering Beijing-style cumin and black pepper, so there is no need to prepare additional spices, making it easy to enjoy lamb dishes. Additionally, as a Wadiz funding special, early bird benefits include extra butter and mint jelly for payments made within 72 hours of the funding opening. For cooking, heat a frying pan and cook for about 7?10 minutes or set an air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius and cook for about 10 minutes.
