Deliberation on Various Agendas Including the 2021 Fiscal Year Settlement and Public Property Management Plan
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] The Hapcheon County Council in Gyeongnam opened the 267th 1st regular session on the morning of the 21st and entered a 10-day session.
According to the county council, during this regular session, 16 major agenda items will be reviewed and approved, including ▲ the 2021 fiscal year Hapcheon County revenue and expenditure settlement plan and supplementary budget expenditure plan ▲ the shared property management plan for purchasing the site for the Culture and Arts Center project ▲ the ordinance on coexistence and revitalization of Hapcheon County local commercial districts ▲ the 2nd supplementary budget plan for 2022, among others. Activities of the special committee for on-site inspection are also scheduled.
In the 5-minute free speech during the 1st plenary session that day, Councilor Park Anna spoke on the topic "Revitalize Hapcheon through Specialized Education," Councilor Shin Kyung-ja proposed the "Support Project for Meal Assistants at Senior Centers," and Councilor Lee Jong-cheol requested the "Establishment of Rice Price Safety Measures."
Chairman Jo Samsul said in his opening remarks, "Although it is a 10-day session, I hope all council members actively review the appropriateness of budget execution, unnecessary wasteful budgets, efficient use of resources, and outcomes, so that next year's budget can be formulated in a desirable direction."
The county council convened the standing committee from 1 p.m. that day to begin full-scale agenda review.
