Namwon-si Recruiting Students for 'Urban Regeneration Activist Training Course'

[Namwon=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Jeong Young-gwon] Namwon City, Jeonbuk, announced on the 19th that it is recruiting students for the '2022 Urban Regeneration Activist Training Course' until the 25th.

This training aims to enhance citizens' overall understanding of urban regeneration for the smooth progress of Namwon City's urban regeneration projects. It will also promote the Supjeong-i Village urban regeneration project and facilitate the planning and cooperation of village networks.

The training targets residents of the Supjeong-i Village urban regeneration project area in Namwon City as a priority, as well as Namwon citizens interested in urban regeneration.

The number of recruits is limited to 15 people. Citizens wishing to enroll can download the application form from the Namwon City website or the Namwon City Urban Regeneration Support Center blog and submit it via email, or visit the Supjeong-i Village Urban Regeneration Field Support Center to apply in person.

A city official stated, "This training is expected to greatly help strengthen the local community and continue various resident activities by local residents, who are the actual agents of urban regeneration projects."
