Lego Monster Characters and 'Halloween Monster Party'
About 60,000 Lego Bricks 'Large Pumpkin Model Photo Zone'
'Brick or Treat' Event Also Included
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Legoland Korea Resort announced on the 19th that the 'Halloween Monster Party,' which runs until the 31st of next month, has begun.
Legoland stated that this festival themed 'Halloween Monster Party' offers various Halloween events and attractions that everyone from children to adults can enjoy together.
At the entrance of Legoland Park, a giant pumpkin-shaped photo zone has been created. The Halloween representative decoration, 'Jack-o'-Lantern,' is made with over 60,000 Lego bricks. Legoland also hosts the exclusive 'Brick or Treat' event. Children visit the 'Monster House,' a Halloween event space in each themed zone, and shout 'Brick or Treat' to receive candy. The Monster House operates in five themed zones: Bricktopia, Lego Castle, Lego Ninjago World, Pirate Seas, and Lego City. During the festival, children entering the park receive bracelets and Halloween-themed masks to participate in the Brick or Treat event.
Throughout the park, visitors can meet various Halloween-themed characters and performances. The main festival performance, 'Count Vampire's Dance Party,' takes place in the Lego Castle zone, which recreates a medieval castle. It is held twice daily for 30 minutes each at 1 PM and 5 PM, allowing children and families to enjoy dancing with Count Vampire and Lego monster characters. A special stage in the Lego Castle zone hosts the costume contest 'Halloween Star of the Day,' where children with the best Halloween makeup and costumes are selected and awarded gifts. The costume contest runs every weekend during the festival and is open to children aged 2 to 12.
Restaurants within Legoland offer special menus. At 'Knights Feast' in Lego Castle, items such as 'Halloween Burger,' 'Ghost Cookies,' and 'Monster Conch Bread' are available, while Bricktopia Diner offers 'Ghost Cheese Pizza,' 'Eyeball Pizza,' and 'Choco Worm Pizza.' Hotel restaurants serve 'R.I.P. in Choco,' 'Ghost Cake,' and 'Angry Macaron.' At Bricktopia Diner, children under 12 wearing Halloween costumes receive one free meal per accompanying adult.
Families can participate in 'Halloween Lego Mosaic Making,' where they fill a giant Halloween mosaic artwork on the wall with Lego bricks together, and 'Halloween Lego Contest,' where they build small pumpkin models with Lego bricks. The 4D movie 'Monster Chase,' available only during the Halloween season, can also be enjoyed.
