On the 19th, Gangdong Police Station announced that they have booked and are investigating a man in his 40s, Mr. A, on charges of trespassing, violation of the Communications Privacy Protection Act, and violation of the Stalking Punishment Act.

The police stated, "We received a complaint that Mr. A, a man living next door, eavesdropped on sounds in front of the house several times earlier this month, and have started an investigation. The police plan to analyze CCTV footage near the scene to understand the circumstances of the incident."
