According to industry sources on the 17th, the three mobile carriers will conduct iPhone 14 pre-orders for one week from the 30th of this month to the 6th of next month.
Earlier, Apple unveiled the iPhone 14 series on the 7th. The first wave of launch countries, including the United States, Germany, Italy, Singapore, Japan, and China, among 30 countries, started pre-orders on the 9th and began sales from the day before yesterday. Second wave launch countries such as Malaysia and T?rkiye will start sales on the 23rd. South Korea is included in the third wave of sales, launching on the 7th of next month.
Ahead of the iPhone 14 series pre-orders and launch, the telecom industry has started to create excitement.
SK Telecom is offering a Starbucks Americano gifticon to customers who sign up for pre-order benefit notifications.
As a pre-order benefit, all customers who make the first pre-order will receive same-day delivery service on the launch day. There are also benefits such as online-only plans, 5G Untact Plan promotions, iPhone 14 accessories, and W Concept collaboration fashion items.
KT will give 3,000 won in Naver Pay to 10,000 customers selected by lottery from those who sign up for pre-order notifications. Additionally, by participating in the 'iPhone 14 Weekly Quiz Challenge,' held in three rounds, customers can win prizes such as gold bars, AirPods Max, iPad Pro, and MacBook Air through a lottery.
Customers who purchase after pre-order will receive the 'Good Morning Delivery' benefit, delivering on the morning of the launch day, along with credit card interest-free installments, cashback, and limited edition collaboration gifts.
LG Uplus will give 1,000 won via KakaoPay to all customers who sign up for pre-order notifications. Through a lottery, generous prizes such as Wooyoungmi T-shirts, Apple Watch Herm?s Edition, Miu Miu hobo bags, and AirPods Max will also be provided.
Pre-order customers will receive morning delivery on the launch day, interest-free installments and discounts with partner cards, and upcycled accessories.
Meanwhile, the Korean retail prices for the iPhone 14 series are ▲iPhone 14 base model 1,250,000 won ▲iPhone 14 Plus 1,350,000 won ▲iPhone 14 Pro 1,550,000 won ▲iPhone 14 Pro Max 1,750,000 won. Although prices were frozen in the United States, they have increased by 160,000 to 260,000 won compared to the previous model due to exchange rates and other factors.
