Philex Enhances Competitiveness of Insulation Film Raw Materials and Targets B2C Market

Fillex Co., Ltd., a specialist company in insulation films (heat-blocking films), has launched a global B2C market strategy.

B2C transactions refer to business-to-consumer transactions, typically used by major global companies such as Auction, Amazon, and AliExpress. Recently, B2C has evolved beyond traditional product transactions to become a new trading method aimed at offering consumers a diverse range of products.

Recognizing this trend, Fillex Co., Ltd. has chosen the B2C transaction method to communicate more closely with consumers and provide high-quality products, expanding beyond its existing film clients and government agencies in business-to-business (B2B) transactions.

Insulation films are applied to window glass to efficiently implement solar heat gain and shading performance in various living spaces. They are widely used not only in commercial office buildings but also in residential apartments and houses.

By utilizing insulation films that absorb, block, reflect, and re-radiate solar energy, the films block intense sunlight in summer to enhance cooling effects, while in winter, they prevent indoor heating heat from escaping and re-radiate it to maintain warmth for extended periods.

Fillex Co., Ltd. has been distributing insulation films to various film brands and construction companies through extensive information and expertise for film supply in the existing B2C market. The company plans to expand into the individual customer-centered B2C market while enhancing competitiveness in raw materials.

Kim Hyung-taek, CEO of Fillex Co., Ltd., stated, “We are continuously collaborating with domestic and global raw material partners to strengthen the competitiveness of window film products and diversify key performance features, fabrics, and materials. Through technical collaboration with our partners, we have succeeded in applying a multilayer manufacturing system using micro gravure and slot-die coating methods.”

Currently, Fillex Co., Ltd. is accelerating the development and supply of new products focused on improving the structure and functional performance of films. The company also continuously operates a technical consulting system for window film (insulation film) companies to promote the technological co-growth of the domestic window film industry.
