According to Nam-gu on the 15th, the Cultural Information Library will present the performance "Picture Book Stories Unfolding on Sand" starting at 2 p.m. on the 17th.
This program is designed for children aged 6 and up, including elementary school students. In the first part, attendees can watch a sand art performance, and in the second part, they will have the opportunity to experience sand art through basic drawing using finger brushes.
Additionally, in the children's section of this library, a quiz program is being held until September 30, where participants complete the titles of books by arranging the initial consonants listed after reading book reviews.
At Pureungil Library, the performance "Hamaya, Get Up," which combines an interactive magic show and puppet play, will be held from 2 p.m. on the 17th. This program is for children aged 4 to third grade in elementary school, and the performance lasts about an hour.
Along with this, a "Book Start Parent Education Special Lecture" for parents raising infants will take place from 10:30 a.m. on the 23rd.
Author Pyo Yoo-jin, who wrote "Mom's Vocabulary," will give the lecture and deliver messages about how parents should use language according to the developmental stages of infants and toddlers for effective child education.
At the Youth Library, on the 21st from 2 p.m., children’s book author Lee Hyun will prepare a lecture for elementary school parents and others, sharing various stories about children rich in humanistic sensibility.
She is expected to emphasize why emotional advertisements trending on TV and humanistic sensibility are necessary.
In addition, the library is holding a "Book Well · Book Wings Photo Contest" until the 23rd.
