History Venture Investment Makes Investment in NFT Development Company Allsoft

History Venture Capital has completed a Pre Series A investment in Allsoft Co., Ltd., a company developing NFT-related solution platforms. Based on years of accumulated software development and marketing capabilities, Allsoft recently expanded its business to operate as an NFT solution provider. The investor and Allsoft plan to strategically collaborate to enhance corporate value through this investment.

While demand to adopt NFTs is increasing across various industries, there has been no company in the domestic and international markets that provides integrated support services for overall NFT business, including NFT IP planning, marketing, branding, community management, and minting. In response, Allsoft succeeded in differentiating itself by offering all services necessary for NFT project execution as a one-stop solution. With this competitiveness, Allsoft has secured the status of NFT development partner for the ‘Metamon’ team, which collaborates with major domestic NFT players such as Metacongz and Sunmiya Club, and plans to accelerate its business by changing its company name to “Metaall” in October.

Yang Jaemoon, CEO of Allsoft, stated, “Through this investment, we have proven the company’s NFT competitiveness and future growth potential, and we plan to become a major NFT company by carrying out various NFT projects with the investment.”

Meanwhile, History Venture Capital is an affiliate of History Investment Advisory, managing approximately KRW 300 billion in AUM. Established in 2020 as a venture capital firm, it focuses on supporting the early growth of promising companies primarily from seed to Series A investment stages. It has concentrated investments in six new technology industries including VFX/metaverse, mobility, entertainment/content, and materials/components/equipment. It has invested over KRW 30 billion in a total of 22 companies such as Job & Partner, Wired Company, Nature Mobility, Engine Visual Wave, VIV Studios, Pintel, and Betterial, fostering growth through a company-building strategy.
