Partnership Collaboration with Proptech Service 'Holostanding'

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] Proptech service 'Holostanding' announced on the 13th that through a partnership with Baemin Connect, it will offer delivery workers the opportunity to live in deposit-free single rooms in the Seoul area at a 15% discounted price.

Baemin Connect is a service operated by Woowa Brothers that allows delivery at any desired time and by any preferred means.

Holostanding is a service designed for young people who live in inconvenient housing such as semi-basements, rooftop rooms, and goshiwons due to lack of deposit funds. It assesses monthly rent payment ability to enable residence in good rooms in major areas of Seoul without or with insufficient deposits. Operated by KRG Group, it has reduced deposits by approximately 9.2 billion KRW and completed 1,243 contracts to date.
