Daewoo Construction's ‘Busan Citizen Park Prugio,’ supplied in the Buam-dong area of Busanjin-gu, recorded a highest subscription competition rate of 4.38 to 1, successfully closing its subscription.
According to data from the Subscription Home on the 24th (Tuesday), the subscription results for ‘Busan Citizen Park Prugio,’ conducted over two days from the 23rd (Monday) to the 24th (Tuesday), recorded ▲Resident Priority 4.38 to 1 (407 applications received) ▲Other Areas 1.63 to 1 (298 applications received), successfully closing subscriptions.
In particular, amid a growing market wait-and-see trend where recently supplied officetels in Busan have failed to close subscriptions, ‘Busan Citizen Park Prugio’ succeeded in closing subscriptions based on guaranteed future value and high product competitiveness, raising expectations for early sell-out.
A sales official of Busan Citizen Park Prugio said, “Demanders’ favorable reviews have continued steadily based on the development expectations of the area and high product competitiveness,” adding, “With the guaranteed future value added, the encouraging subscription results are expected to lead to smooth contracts.”
‘Busan Citizen Park Prugio,’ developed as residential officetels and neighborhood living facilities with a total of 468 units of 84㎡ exclusive area from basement level 7 to ground level 35, will feature a grand-scale community of approximately 1,500㎡ within the complex. It will be the first officetel in Busanjin-gu to include an on-site swimming pool, golf practice range, fitness & GX club, and a dry sauna, enabling diverse health care options.
Hotel-style services, rarely seen in officetels until now, will also be provided. A dining lounge and caf? offering breakfast will be established, along with coin laundry facilities and some unit storage rooms to enhance daily convenience.
