On the 25th, Yongin City announced that through the Yongin City Mental Health Welfare Center, it will conduct psychological counseling to help resolve psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress caused by flood damage, and will also carry out ASR (Adult Behavior Rating Scale) tests and stress measurement device tests for post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, and stress levels.
According to the counseling and screening tests, if additional treatment is needed, the individual will be registered at the Yongin City Mental Health Welfare Center for in-depth counseling and supported to receive treatment in connection with medical institutions.
A city official stated, "We will do our best to help citizens affected by flood damage regain emotional stability," and added, "We will continue to expand support for citizens' mental health."
Meanwhile, citizens who are disaster victims or have experienced disasters and wish to receive psychological counseling can contact the Yongin City Mental Health Welfare Center or the Mental Health Crisis Counseling Hotline.
