Last Sale of 'Suwon I-Park City' Apartments... 128 Units in Complex 10 All 84㎡ types of apartments in Suwon I-Park City Complex 10 feature a 4-bay slab-type layout and cross-ventilation design, with a specialized plan allowing for expansion.


HDC Hyundai Development Company announced on the 19th that it will supply 128 apartment units in 'Suwon I-Park City Complex 10.'


Suwon I-Park City Complex 10 is located at 1340 Gwonsun-dong, Gwonsun-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, consisting of 3 buildings with 2 basement floors and 14 above-ground floors, totaling 128 units. All units are sized at 84㎡.


This apartment supply is the last multi-family housing unit to be supplied in Suwon I-Park City. Despite the scale of 128 units, residents can enjoy various community facilities such as a fitness center, study lounge, collaboration space, meeting rooms, and rest areas, along with a specialized design that allows for more spacious use of the area.


Suwon I-Park City is a private urban development project on approximately 300,000 pyeong, integrating residential facilities including multi-family housing, mixed-use complexes, and single-family homes totaling about 7,000 units, as well as commercial facilities, public facilities, a library, and an ecological park. The project involves world-renowned architect Ben van Berkel and leading Dutch landscape architect Roelof Bakker, planning a differentiated eco-friendly design city.


Applications for subscription will be accepted from the 29th until September 1st, with the announcement of winners on September 7th. The official contract signing is scheduled from September 22nd to 24th.
