[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jonghwa] Kiturami Co., Ltd. announced the launch of the 'Geokkuro ECO Condensing L11 Gas Boiler,' which features a slim size for easy transportation and installation, along with enhanced hot water functionality.

The Kiturami Geokkuro ECO Condensing L11 Gas Boiler is an eco-friendly boiler that meets the Ministry of Environment's green certification standards (energy consumption efficiency of 92% or higher, nitrogen oxide emission concentration of 20ppm or less, etc.) with a top energy consumption efficiency rating of Grade 1 and a domestic low-NOx (low nitrogen oxide) Grade 1 standard.

Unlike conventional condensing boilers that use two separate heat exchangers, this model applies an integrated heat exchanger that combines the primary and secondary heat exchangers into one, improving performance and quality compared to previous models, while reducing the product volume by up to 24%, making it a slim product that is convenient for transportation and installation.

To enhance hot water functionality, the eco-friendly metal fiber burner flame size is finely controlled to maximize hot water quality by maintaining a consistent temperature even with small amounts of hot water, as well as providing a large volume of hot water.

Following the launch of this new product, Kiturami plans to add the 'Kiturami Hot Water Plus System' as an optional feature during the upcoming boiler peak season, which preheats the hot water pipes inside the home.

In larger homes, users have had to endure wasting cold water in the hot water pipes when taking showers and wait a long time for the boiler-heated hot water to arrive. The Kiturami Hot Water Plus System enables quick hot water use without time waste even when the hot water pipes are long due to the distance between the boiler and bathroom in large-sized homes. To minimize user inconvenience, artificial intelligence (AI) learns the hot water usage patterns autonomously and preheats the hot water pipes, allowing users to enjoy both reduced hot water delivery time and gas cost savings.

Additionally, Kiturami has embedded a dual safety system consisting of a gas leak detector and earthquake sensor?its proprietary technology (Patent No. 10-1845856)?within the boiler body to prevent safety accidents caused by internal gas leaks. By adding an Internet of Things (IoT) indoor thermostat as an optional feature, users can access various IoT services provided by Kiturami. They can check or control the boiler’s operating status in real time via smartphone and operate various functions of the Kiturami boiler by linking it with AI voice recognition speakers.

A Kiturami Boiler official expressed, "This new product, which allows for efficient space utilization, is a slim model that is easy to transport and install, while providing stable hot water supply and prioritizing user safety and convenience. We expect it to gain great popularity during this peak season."
