[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] POSCO E&C is scheduled to launch sales of 'The Sharp Sinbu Centra' in Cheonan, Chungcheongnam-do next month.

'The Sharp Sinbu Centra' will be developed in the area of 293 Sinbu-dong, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan City, consisting of 9 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 23 floors above ground, with a total of 592 households and exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 150㎡. By type, it includes ▲59㎡A 87 units ▲59㎡B 15 units ▲84㎡A 83 units ▲84㎡B 242 units ▲84㎡C 121 units ▲101㎡ 40 units ▲150㎡ 4 units, offering a wide range from small to large types.

The Sindujeong district where the complex is located is adjacent to Dujeong Station on Line 1 and is situated in a prime location between Dujeong-dong and Sinbu-dong, providing abundant living infrastructure such as transportation, education, and culture. Especially, with the recent entry of large construction companies, it has attracted significant attention from local residents as an emerging residential town.
