POSCO Engineering & Construction to Launch 'The Sharp Gunsan Premier' in Gunsan, Jeonbuk Next Month

[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] POSCO Engineering & Construction is scheduled to launch sales of 'The Sharp Gunsan Premier' next month in Gunsan, Jeollabuk-do.

'The Sharp Gunsan Premier' will be developed on 317-4 Guam-dong, Gunsan-si, consisting of 6 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with a total of 704 households and exclusive areas of 84 and 109㎡. By area, it will be composed of highly preferred medium to large types: ▲84㎡A 228 units ▲84㎡B 170 units ▲84㎡C 96 units ▲109㎡ 210 units.

The area around Guam-dong, Gunsan-si, where this complex is being developed, is recently called the Guam district along with the Gyeongam-dong area and is a region with high expectations for residential development due to the entry of large construction companies. In fact, starting with the sale of 'The Sharp Gunsan Premier,' about 2,600 new apartment units are expected to be built in the future.

The transportation environment is also excellent. Within a 300m radius, there are 7 bus stops, making it convenient to move around Gunsan city. With POSCO Engineering & Construction's smart home service AiQ TECH, lighting, heating, gas shutoff, and ventilation can be controlled remotely, and UV-C LED sterilizing lights are installed inside elevators to remove fine viruses and bacteria.

The complex is diversely composed of a sports zone including fitness and indoor golf practice rooms, an edu zone with a study room and book caf?, and a public zone featuring a kids house (daycare center) and moms caf?.
