NH Investment & Securities and Law Firm Yulchon Sign MOU for One-Stop Tax and Legal Consulting

[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] NH Investment & Securities announced on the 17th that it has signed a strategic partnership (MOU) with law firm Yulchon to provide one-stop tax and legal consulting services.

NH Investment & Securities' Tax Center and Yulchon's Personal Asset Management Center plan to offer customized asset management services for high-net-worth individuals.

The partnership signing ceremony was held the previous day at NH Investment & Securities' Yeouido headquarters, attended by Jung Young-chae, CEO of NH Investment & Securities, Yoo Hyun-sook, Head of WM Business Division, Kang Seok-hoon, Chief Attorney of Yulchon Law Firm, and Attorney Kim Geun-jae, among others.

NH Investment & Securities stated that through this agreement, if complex legal issues or disputes arise during tax consulting services, Yulchon’s professional legal advisory services can also be provided, enabling comprehensive asset consulting services.

In May, NH Investment & Securities opened the Tax Center, the first in the securities industry, to meet customers' tax needs and provide customized tax consulting services.

Similarly, in May of this year, Yulchon Law Firm established the Personal Asset Management Center, responsible for inheritance, guardianship, tax-related advice, international inheritance/overseas investment consulting, and tax/asset management consulting for high-net-worth individuals.

NH Investment & Securities and Yulchon Law Firm agreed to mutually cooperate by maximizing the capabilities and human resources each holds to provide tailored tax and legal consulting services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Meanwhile, NH Investment & Securities plans to provide customized tax consulting services through the Tax Center. For high-net-worth individuals, advanced services such as succession, gifting, and foreign exchange consulting will be offered through MOUs with major law and accounting firms, while general customers will receive premium services including MTS platform-based services and real-time telephone consultations.
