KRC International Co., Ltd. announced that it will hold a Malaysia Investment and Immigration Seminar on Friday, August 26, starting at 4 p.m. at the Novotel Ambassador Hotel located in Gangnam-gu.
This Seoul seminar follows the one held in Busan last June. It will be led by Kwon Oh-sook, CEO of KRC Real Estate Economic Research Institute, who has many years of experience in real estate. The seminar will provide various information about Johor Bahru and other areas to those interested in investing or immigrating to Malaysia.
A representative from KRC International stated, "Malaysia is a Southeast Asian country experiencing rapid economic growth, where freehold ownership of both buildings and land is possible. Among these, Johor Bahru is a region with excellent location and attracts much interest." They added, "This seminar was organized for those wishing to participate from Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, and other areas, encouraged by the positive response from the Busan seminar."
