I Will Be a Police Officer Faithful to My Original Duty

[Boseong=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Cheon-seok] On the 16th, the Boseong Police Station in Jeollanam-do held the inauguration ceremony of the 78th Police Chief, Im Jin-young, in the large conference room on the 4th floor of the police station.

In his inaugural speech, the newly appointed Chief Im Jin-young stated that the direction the Boseong Police should take is to "faithfully fulfill the fundamental duties of the police" and to carry out police activities that resonate with residents from their perspective to "ensure the safety of residents," promising to do his best to gain the support and trust of the citizens of Boseong County.

Chief Im Jin-young entered the police force as the 9th class of the Korean National Police University and has served as the head of the Audit Division at the Jeonnam Provincial Police Agency and as the head of the Public Safety Division at the Gwangju Police Agency.
