Gyeongnam Provincial Council Education Committee Begins First On-Site Legislative Activities

Local Legislative Activities Begin in Geoje and Goseong

The Education Committee of the Gyeongsangnam-do Provincial Council will conduct its first on-site legislative activities by visiting three institutions, including the Geoje Office of Education.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Song Jong-gu] The Education Committee of the Gyeongsangnam-do Provincial Council will conduct its first on-site legislative activities over two days, from the 16th to the 17th, by visiting three institutions: Geoje Office of Education, Gyeongnam Goseong Music High School, and Goseong Future Education Support Center Samrak.

On the afternoon of the 16th, the Education Committee visited the Geoje Office of Education, received reports on local educational issues such as the relocation of the Geoje Office of Education building and the promotion status of establishing Sangmun Middle School, and actively began legislative activities by touring the site for the new middle school.

On the 17th, they plan to visit Gyeongnam Goseong Music High School and Goseong Future Education Support Center Samrak to understand the operation status of alternative schools and the center, and to inspect educational sites including the school facilities and the drone training center at the Future Education Support Center.
