Providing Non-Face-to-Face Asset Management to VIP Customers... Hana Bank Implements Digital PB


[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Hana Bank is providing a non-face-to-face asset management consultation service for main VIP customers who prefer digital channels.


Hana Bank announced on the 16th that it will implement this 'Digital PB Service.'


The service targets non-face-to-face main VIP customers who have deposits of 100 million KRW or more at Hana Bank but do not have a dedicated private banker (PB). Asset management consultations and digital transactions are supported via phone or video calls.


Specifically, services similar to face-to-face asset management are provided, including ▲ customized asset management and investment analysis reports ▲ expert linkage services such as tax, legal, and trust ▲ VIP care services. Additionally, Hana Bank's webzine 'Hana One Q M' is available for free subscription.


Furthermore, non-face-to-face main VIP customers who complete asset management consultations by the 15th of next month will be entered into a draw to receive an 'Ngenbio Genetic + Microbiome Test Kit' (5 winners), and the first 222 customers will receive a 'Starbucks Coffee Coupon.'


This service can be used by booking a consultation through the mobile application (app) 'Hana One Q' or by calling the dedicated representative number.


Jo Yoonsik, Head of WM Division at Hana Bank, stated, "We will continue to strengthen our services to provide more differentiated and professional PB services."
