[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Lotte Department Store announced on the 15th that from the 16th to the 31st of this month, it will showcase a pop-up store event of ‘Noted,’ a premium dessert brand gaining popularity, at the Atrium Plaza on the 1st floor of Jamsil Lotte World Mall.
This event created a fairy-tale-like atmosphere within a space of approximately 331m2 (100 pyeong), featuring Noted’s signature yellow color along with various color combinations. At the entrance, a Porsche supercar embodying Noted’s sensibility and a large smile balloon were also exhibited, decorating the entire store like an amusement park.
In particular, the event was differentiated into five sections, including a bakery zone, goods zone, and food truck zone. In the bakery zone, the limited-edition ‘Ogok Latte Donut’ and ‘Ogok Cream Donut,’ which were released to celebrate the 5th anniversary and gained great popularity, are showcased. In the food truck zone, visitors can also find ‘Noted Beer’ and two types of ‘Noted Soft Cone,’ which are only available at some convenience stores and stores.
At three locations including the Noted supercar and photo zones, customers who take photos and upload them on social networking services (SNS) with hashtags will receive souvenirs such as smile toys and transportation cards. Customers who purchase over 20,000 won can participate in a 100% winning event through a draw, where they can receive items including the soon-to-be-released Rainbow Cushion and Smile Big Cushion, as well as a smile pouch, Sugar Bear doll, and donut coupons.
A Lotte Department Store official said, “This is an experiential pop-up store where visitors can feel both freshness and joy by embracing Noted’s story,” adding, “The flagship store to be opened in the future will also realize a new complex cultural space that blends interesting stories and culture.”
