North Korean Media on Biden's 'Korean-style Name'... "Obsessed with Pro-American Subservience"

[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] North Korean propaganda media on the 12th criticized the recent act by the Korea-US Alliance Friendship Association of giving U.S. President Joe Biden a Korean-style name, 'Bae Jiseong' (裵地星), calling it a "cringeworthy game" by pro-American sycophants.

The external propaganda outlet 'Ryomyong' stated in an article titled "A Group of Top Traitors Soaked in Pro-American Sycophancy" that "a person claiming to be the chairman of the Korea-US Alliance Friendship Association committed a disgraceful act by giving the American overlord a Korean-style surname and name, Bae, to serve and present."

It added, "Upon hearing this news, people with the surname Bae are extremely angry, saying that it is shameful before their ancestors to have given the surname of the invaders who inflicted the horrific devastation of the Korean War (6.25) on our people."

It continued, "Are those who are angry only these people?" and said, "It is only natural that not only those with the surname Bae but the entire nation pours curses and condemnation on the traitorous Yoon Seok-yeol faction, who, obsessed with pro-American sycophancy, sold the very soul of the Korean people to the overlord."

Earlier, Woo Hyun-ui, chairman of the Korea-US Alliance Friendship Association, visited the United States on the 25th of last month (local time) and met with Kurt Campbell, U.S. National Security Council (NSC) Indo-Pacific Coordinator at the White House, delivering a framed piece containing President Biden’s Korean-style name.
