The special prosecution team announced that lawyer A was urgently arrested on charges of evidence forgery and obstruction of business while being investigated as a suspect at the special prosecution office on the same day.

It is known that lawyer A resigned from the law firm he was affiliated with the day before.

Earlier, on the 9th, the special prosecution team conducted a search and seizure of lawyer A’s residence and his office within the law firm where he was working at the time.

The special prosecution team stated, "We confirmed the charges through testimonies of related persons and evidence such as mechanical recordings obtained by scientific investigative techniques."

A special prosecution official said, "The evidence forgery target was the audio file that formed the basis of the recording transcript from the Military Human Rights Center."

The special prosecution team is known to have applied charges of obstruction of business against the Military Human Rights Center for lawyer A providing the forged audio file to the center and having it released.
