[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] In the third week of August, pre-sale is taking place in 14 locations nationwide, with about 88% of the total supply concentrated in the Seoul Metropolitan Area.

According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, a total of 4,747 households (including rental, public pre-sale, residential-commercial complexes, officetels, excluding Happy Housing) will accept subscription applications in 14 locations nationwide in the third week of August. Of the total supply, 87.89% (4,127 households) are concentrated in the Seoul Metropolitan Area.

Among the Seoul Metropolitan Area supply, there are four apartment pre-sale complexes. 'Uijeongbu Station Brownstone Riverview' (584 households) in Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do; 'Bongdam Xi Lajenne' (862 households) in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do; 'Incheon Yeongjong A-33' (447 households) in Jung-gu, Incheon; and 'Juan Geukdong Starclass The Royal' (114 households) in Michuhol-gu, Incheon will all accept first-priority subscription applications on the 17th. 'Juan Geukdong Starclass The Royal' consists of a total of 357 households, with 249 apartments and 108 officetel units. After 114 households are offered for general sale next week, officetel supply will be available on the 19th.

In Seoul, on the 16th, Daebang Construction will accept subscription applications for the private rental complex 'Seoul Eunpyeong New Town Dietre The First.' It consists of 15 buildings from basement 5 to ground 15 floors, with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84㎡, and among the total 452 households, 88 units are public-supported private rentals offered this time.

On the same day, most officetel supplies will be offered in Gyeonggi and Incheon. General sales will be held at 'Unjeong Prugio Parkline' (642 units) in Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do; 'Pangyo Dior Nine' (118 units) in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do; and 'Juan Station Platform City' (24 units) in Michuhol-gu, Incheon.

Winner announcements will be made for 36 locations, and official contracts will be conducted at 9 locations.
