Jindo-eup Cheolma Park Hosts Abundant Programs to Beat the Heat

[Jindo=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Jae-kyung] The 'Water Rock (樂) Summer Party' will be held from 2 p.m. on the 13th at Cheolma Park in Jindo-eup, Jindo-gun, Jeollanam-do.

As part of the Jindo Commercial District Renaissance Project, Nammun-ro in Jindo-eup will be transformed into an 'Exciting Street' by operating a large water playground and water slides using air bounces that children and teenagers can participate in.

In addition, entertaining and interesting bubble shows and magic shows, along with cultural performances such as Pumba, trot singers, hip-hop, and EDM performances, will brighten up the festival site.

In particular, the event will be held as an enjoyable occasion for all visitors through various hands-on activities open to everyone, an art market, and a food market.

An official from the Jindo-gun Economic Marketing Department said, “We hope to provide an opportunity for the depressed local commercial district and residents of Jindo-gun to regain vitality, and we ask for the continuous interest and love of the residents for the Jindo Commercial District Renaissance Project’s ‘Exciting Street Creation.’”
