10-Year Jeonse-Type Private Rental 'Dangjin Hapdeok Sinwon Achim City First Village' Sale Bird's-eye view of 'Dangjin Hapdeok Sinwon Achim City First Village'.

[Asia Economy Reporter Chawan-yong] The 10-year lease-type private rental complex, Dangjin Hapdeok Shinwon Achim City First Village, is opening its model house this month and officially starting sales.

This complex is a 'cooperative-type private rental apartment,' where joining the cooperative grants the right to move in as a lease-type private rental apartment. The mandatory rental period is 10 years, after which it is possible to convert to sale at the initial sale price set at the time of project approval.

Located in Sosojigu, Hapdeok-eup, Dangjin-si, Chungnam, Dangjin Hapdeok Shinwon Achim City First Village consists of 5 buildings from 2 basement floors to 20 above-ground floors, with a total of 308 households (exclusive area 84~94㎡).

Anyone aged 19 or older can apply without restrictions such as having a subscription savings account. Additionally, there is no tax burden such as acquisition tax or property tax, and tax benefits like exemption from capital gains tax and transfer income tax are available upon conversion to sale.

Dangjin Hapdeok Shinwon Achim City First Village is evaluated to have excellent location conditions. It is adjacent to the station area of Dangjin Hapdeok Station (tentative name), scheduled to open in 2023. Also, various wide-area transportation networks such as the 2nd Seohaean Expressway are well established, making travel to Seoul and the metropolitan area convenient by car.

The demand base is also abundant. As the center of the West Coast industrial belt, a nationwide largest national industrial complex of 15 million pyeong scale, including large-scale pharmaceutical, steel, logistics, port, and agro-industrial complexes, is located nearby.

The educational environment and living infrastructure around the complex are well established. Elementary, middle, and high schools are within walking distance, and the Dangjin City Hapdeok Library is also adjacent. Living infrastructure such as Hapdeok Bus Terminal, Nonghyup Hanaro Mart, and Hapdeok Traditional Market is abundant.

In addition, beautiful views and nature-friendly tourist spots such as Sapgyoho and Nanjiseom Beach are nearby, and expansion of cultural, tourism, leisure, recreation, and commercial facilities is expected due to the waterfront facility development of Dangjin-Pyeongtaek Port, one of the five nationally managed trade ports.
