Honestly, I'm not the only one who finds one ramen not enough, right?
It’s no exaggeration to say I’m addicted to SNS like Twitter and Instagram, spending several hours a day on them. From celebrity news to hilarious jokes that make me laugh out loud, sometimes SNS becomes my friend. Besides sharing various information and recording daily life, SNS has one more great advantage.
That is, the world’s food experts and taste connoisseurs gather there. Following recipes like Yeolramyeon Sundubu and Shin Ramyeon Toowoomba, this time I’ve prepared recipes that can fill your stomach with just one cup of instant noodles. Everyone, wipe your drool once, and let’s go see what the SNS cup noodle recipes taste like together!
Carbo Buldak Bokkeummyeon has endless transformations, Risotto
Recipe
① Pour hot water up to the inner line of the container, cover the lid, and wait for the noodles to cook.
② After 3 minutes, drain most of the water leaving a little, then cut the noodles into small pieces.
③ Add the sauce, the powder seasoning, and about half a cup of microwaved Hetbahn (ready-to-eat rice), then mix well to finish.
You can also choose other series of Buldak Bokkeummyeon besides Carbo. If anyone has hesitated to try Buldak Bokkeummyeon because it’s too spicy, I strongly recommend this recipe. You can adjust the amount of rice according to your taste to neutralize the spiciness. However, if you add more than half a cup of Hetbahn, it will taste bland like plain rice, so I don’t recommend it. Also, if you drain too much water in step ②, it will become very dry, so leave about 6 to 7 spoons of water. You can optionally add cheese or parsley powder. Since it’s stir-fried ramen, the portion was always a bit lacking, but it seems the transformations of Buldak Bokkeummyeon never end.
Omori Kimchi Jjigae turns into a Budae Jjigae even for single diners
Recipe
① Add the original seasoning powder along with Spam, tofu, stir-fried kimchi, etc., cut into bite-sized pieces according to your preference.
② Pour hot water slightly above the inner water line of the container, then microwave for 3 minutes to transform it into Budae Jjigae.
To describe the taste first, it’s really delicious. Adding Spam and tofu to Omori Kimchi Jjigae ramen, which tastes somewhat similar to kimchi stew, it would be strange if it didn’t taste good, right? However, since it doesn’t contain minced meat, it doesn’t taste exactly like Budae Jjigae. Rather, it made me want to try adding more ingredients like stir-fried kimchi, Spam, and tofu to Omori Budae Jjigae ramen. You can also use convenience store sausages instead of Spam in step ①. But in that case, be sure to add stir-fried kimchi. Adding Spam reduces the oiliness and adds a salty flavor, enhancing the umami. So I recommend adding a little more water than the inner water line in step ② before microwaving. Dipping hot rice into the broth and eating it with a piece of Spam and tofu is fantastic!
Cup Noodles’ surprising charm, soft steamed egg
Recipe
① The happy preparation step of enjoying cup noodles deliciously.
② Crack two eggs into a microwave-safe container, pour about half the broth, and stir well.
③ Cover with plastic wrap and poke holes in it.
④ Microwave for about 3 minutes and 30 seconds, and it’s done.
Unlike other recipes, Cup Noodles containers are not microwave-safe, so you need a microwave-safe bowl. Honestly, everyone knows how delicious Cup Noodles are, but don’t you feel the portion is quite lacking compared to the taste? If you’re on a diet?or rather, if you’ve ever eaten Cup Noodles?you’ll definitely relate. When you’ve eaten low-calorie Cup Noodles but can’t bring yourself to add rice, try making steamed eggs using Cup Noodles to get some protein. It’s very convenient since you don’t need to adjust seasoning or add extra ingredients like green onions. After tasting the moist and soft Cup Noodles steamed egg, I started liking Cup Noodles even more. But let’s promise not to add rice!
How can you not love ramen with endless charm?♡
