[Asia Economy Reporter Yoon Dong-joo] On the 11th, Kwon Seong-dong, floor leader of the People Power Party, is seen exchanging greetings with attendees with a bright expression in front of a building in Sadang-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, which suffered heavy damage from the torrential rain.

Meanwhile, some residents protested toward Joo Ho-young, chairman of the Emergency Response Committee, and Kwon Seong-dong’s delegation, who visited the Sadang-dong area for flood recovery volunteer work, saying, "Because of the vehicles (that the lawmakers arrived in), vehicles for flood recovery cannot enter, which is rather obstructive."
