[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] DL Construction announced on the 11th that it has hired approximately 90 regular full-time new employees this year.

This year's new employee recruitment was conducted in two rounds. The open recruitment held in March was conducted in the form of an internship. DL Construction selected a total of 51 new employees in the fields of △Architecture △Facilities △Electrical △Civil Engineering △Safety △Management.

Subsequently, from the 1st of this month, an additional open recruitment was held, hiring a total of 35 new employees, who are scheduled to start working in the fields of △Architecture △Facilities △Electrical △Safety from the 16th.

This year's new employee recruitment was prepared to secure the required workforce early in anticipation of the large-scale new site construction scheduled for the second half of the year.

A DL Construction official explained, “In line with the continuously increasing orders, we are expanding new personnel to respond to the significantly growing demand for site workers in the future. At this important time when the roles of talents who will grow together with our company in the long term are crucial, we actively proceeded with recruitment.”

DL Construction introduced the recently trending 'reverse interview' in the interview process for this recruitment. This program means conducting interviews by reversing the roles of the interviewer and the job seeker. Through the reverse interview, applicants had time to ask questions about the company and job to senior employees who participated in the interview process and also received encouragement from the senior employees.

Additionally, DL Construction presented a ‘Welcome Kit’ as a gift to the final successful candidates. The kit consisted of △gold business cards △business card holders △pens △tumblers, etc. Along with this, a flower basket and a thank-you card signed by the CEO were also provided to the parents of the successful candidates.
